Celtic Football Club is seeking a Compliance Assistant/Paralegal to support the delivery of legal and regulatory compliance functions within the organization. The position involves general administrative support, legal and regulatory filings, contract management, training, brand protection, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. The role reports to the Company Secretary, DPO, and Company Solicitors, providing daily administrative assistance, monitoring inboxes, and coordinating contract-related information requests.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will maintain legal and regulatory filings, records, compliance registers, and logs. They will manage specific contracts and internal processes, including retail licenses and brand protection. The assistant will also monitor policy compliance, support training updates, and develop tools to enhance team efficiency. Under supervision, they will help draft template commercial agreements and conduct research on evolving legal and regulatory matters to keep the team informed.

Skills and Experience

Experience with commercial contracts and confidentiality agreements is required.
Desirable attributes include a law degree or equivalent experience at a top-tier firm or corporate legal department, along with familiarity with legal technology.
